Looking Behind The Song (SJD): Crash And Burn – Write This Down

Lost Weekend” is epic! On June 5, 2012, Write This Down released their newest album . Without further hesitation, here is, “Crash And Burn“:

While we grow up, some of us go through phases from the extremes of drinking and partying to the many hidden secrets of our daily lives. If we can get passed the pride, we can admit we were wrong. “Crash And Burn” reminds us that no matter how many times we evidently “crash and burn“, we will live and learn the “Truth“. We gotta get back to the things that we once loved (Truth), back to the One we know (Jesus). Come “hell-high waters“, we won’t give up.

No matter how many times we have set backs, we mustn’t give up on the promises that God has given us. We can’t let the enemy break us down. With God, we can stand up strong and powerful say, “Disasters and gamblers and failures, can’t break me down.

John 8:31-33 “… If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. 32 And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” (NKJV)

John 16:33 “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” (NKJV)

1 John 4:4 “You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.” (NKJV)
