Looking Behind The Song: What If You’re Wrong – A Past Unknown

A Past Unknown is a new Christian Metal/Screamo band that is trying to make a statement. In their songs, they focus on putting God first.

In this song, “What If You’re Wrong,” the band is showing that when we put our trust in the world, when we need the world it’s not there. Another is when they state, “Where is your god now?” When we put our trust in god’s lower case “g”, they do not come to our rescue when the world is falling on us. In this song they are stressing that there is, “all but One, all but my God.”

God is the only One Who Saves. That is God with a capital “G”. There is none greater or higher then the One True God. When our world is falling we must put our trust in Him, the One Who Saves.
